Two Habits that I’m so Glad I Started + a Bonus Habit

leadership

In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and forget about the small things that bring us joy and meaning. That's why I wanted to share with you two habits that have brought so much happiness and value to my life: journaling with the 5-year Levenger journal and creating yearly family photo albums.

The first habit I want to talk about is using the 5-year Levenger journal. This journal has been a game-changer for me in terms of personal growth, organization, and mindfulness. The journal is designed to be used over five years, with each page representing a day of the year. The journal is divided into five sections, with each section representing a year, and each page has five entries, one for each year.

Using the Levenger journal, I've been able to track my personal growth over the past five years. Especially, in my role as a Church Online Pastor at Life.Church, we've seen many changes in the digital space and it's been great to capture those moments over time. It's also been amazing to look back and see how far I've come in terms of my goals, habits, and mindset. I've also been able to stay organized by using the journal to track important events and deadlines, as well as daily habits like exercise, meditation, and gratitude.

The second habit I want to talk about is creating yearly family photo albums. This habit has been an amazing way for my family to capture and preserve our memories and milestones in a tangible way. Each year, we select our favorite photos and create a photo album that we can flip through whenever we want to reminisce about our adventures and special moments.

Creating these albums has also brought us closer as a family. We spend time together selecting photos, laughing and reminiscing about our experiences. We've also started a tradition of looking through our old photo albums on special occasions, like birthdays and holidays, which has become a cherished family tradition.

In summary, incorporating habits like journaling and creating family photo albums into your life can bring so much joy and meaning. These habits have helped me reflect on my personal growth, stay organized, and capture precious memories with my family. I hope this video inspires you to try these habits for yourself and discover the benefits they can bring to your life.
